This is the TripleA special carrot cake! Made with fresh juicy carrots and no nuts, this is my own delicious version of carrot cake filled with creme cheese buttercream. Could be used as a teatime treat ( hmmmm with a cup of tea or coffee) or decorated to suit for any occasion.
